Runner<\/h2>\n<h4>(Internal Position Title: Runner)<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports to: Housekeeping Supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Supports the Housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and overall hygiene of guest rooms, corridors, bathrooms, and other hotel areas<\/li>\n<li>Transport and distribute clean linen, towels, and guest supplies to designated floors and areas<\/li>\n<li>Collect soiled linen and transport it to the laundry area<\/li>\n<li>Replenish housekeeping carts with the necessary cleaning supplies and amenities<\/li>\n<li>Maintain minibar and guest room inventory levels<\/li>\n<li>Deliver requested items to guests (extra towels, pillows, blankets, toiletries, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Keep housekeeping storage rooms and floor pantries clean, organized, and fully stocked<\/li>\n<li>Support the Housekeeping team with daily operational tasks as needed<\/li>\n<li>Report any maintenance issues, damage, or unusual situations observed in the hotel to the supervisor immediately<\/li>\n<li>Comply with the hotel&#8217;s cleanliness, health &amp; safety, and workplace safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Use all equipment and materials correctly brand standards, hygiene protocols, and established quality benchmarks<\/li>\n<li>Maintain guest satisfaction standards through rigorous cleanliness protocols and punctual service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Oversee departmental manpower planning, scheduling, and productivity metrics<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and control departmental budget, expenses, and inventory management (linen, chemicals, supplies)<\/li>\n<li>Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations across all operations<\/li>\n<li>Conduct systematic inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks<\/li>\n<li>Supervise, train, and manage the Housekeeping team to ensure consistent performance and accountability<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to maintain operational continuity<\/li>\n<li>Address guest feedback and service concerns with professionalism and documented resolution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>QUALIFICATIONS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong practical experience and proven operational performance, with consistent attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5\u20138 years of progressive Housekeeping experience, including at least 2\u20133 years in a supervisory role<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated expertise in hotel housekeeping operations, systems, and industry standards<\/li>\n<li>Documented evidence of success in quality management, cost control, and team leadership<\/li>\n<li>Advanced communication, problem\u2011solving, and organizational capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to perform effectively in demanding, high\u2011pressure operational environments, with strong attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office and hotel
